  • Are certain hours required of me to work?

    • No, You are not required to work a set amount of hours per week. This allows you to make a custom tailored schedule!
  • Am I a employee or a contract worker?

    • Relief Veterinarians will be provided with a 1099 contract and all other employees will receive a W-2 for tax form. 
  • Will I be able to support myself on relief work alone?

    • Yes! As a relief worker it depends on the area and willingness to travel. However; hours cannot be guaranteed. We will promise above market compensation & always strive to help our amazing relief workers! 

  • What happens if I miss my scheduled shift?

    Relief 4 Real has a zero-tolerance no call, no show policy. This can be grounds for termination if no valid reason is given or the absences become frequent. Clinic's are already short staffed and rely on us, so try to be a punctual hero!


  • How do I know the quality of employee is right for my hospital?

    We implement a profienceny & emotional intellegnece test. This allows us to provide the best veterinary professionals to you!

  • What is expected of me when I pick up a shift?

    All employees are required to show up for the shifts and be truly present! Ask for guidance or assistance if you feel uncomfortable or have questions & be prepared to put in 100% effort in your work. Be a true ambassador and work with pride, we exist to help!
